Alexa Olivier is a choreographer, dancer, and creative director whose work blends powerful physicality with expressive storytelling. She started performing professionally at thirteen and has worked with major artists including John Legend, Saweetie, and Wisin y Yandel, plus brands like Pepsi, Adidas, and World of Dance.

For more than six years she has mentored dancers nationwide through conventions and workshops, helping artists explore individuality, sharpen their materials, and build sustainable creative careers. Alexa is also an accomplished video director and editor, bringing cinematic vision to every project. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, she offers honest insight, strategic guidance, and the tools dancers need to move forward with clarity.

Christos is a dynamic multi-hyphenate—dancer, choreographer, creative director, and educator—who turned self-taught roots into a thriving international career. Originally from Ontario, Canada, he trained in Toronto and relocated to LA in 2022, quickly booking The Grammys, America’s Got Talent LIVE, Disney’s Zombies 3, Pentatonix, Bad Bunny, Daya, and more. He has assisted choreography on Amazon’s The Boys (S3) and The Next Step (S10). At 1:1 Dance Consult™, he helps clients refine their craft, navigate the industry with confidence, and turn potential into opportunity.

Donna Vaughn is a professional dancer and mentor who guides emerging artists through technical training, artistic development, and performance coaching. Her experience with Hubbard Street 2 and The Lion King, alongside years of teaching and mentorship, gives her a grounded understanding of both studio training and professional industry standards. She works closely with dancers to refine their voice, strengthen their presence, and navigate auditions, resumes, and professional environments with clarity. Known for her human-first approach, Donna combines high standards with individualized support to help artists build confidence, adaptability, and long-term sustainability. At 1:1 Dance Consult, she helps dancers and creatives develop their craft, prepare for real-world opportunities, and move forward with a stronger sense of direction and self.

Gage Wayne is a choreographer, educator, and working performer with credits across film, television, commercial campaigns, and live stage. His work spans American Horror Story, The Greatest Showman Live commercial, Mean Girls Movie Musical, A Week Away, and appearances with Dolly Parton, Toni Braxton, and more, alongside choreography for regional productions including Chicago, Urinetown, The Producers, Something Rotten!, and Cabaret.

He also supports casting teams as a Maintenance Choreographer at Disney World and specializes in the business materials of dance—resume formatting, reel development, headshot direction, social positioning, and strategic audition preparation. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, Gage helps dancers organize their materials, clarify goals, and build focused plans that spark real career momentum.

Hailee Payne is a choreographer, teacher, and professional dancer whose career spans student training, assisting, performing, convention teaching, and stepping into industry choreography. Having worked from multiple vantage points in the dance world, she brings a well-rounded understanding of both the artistic and professional demands dancers face.

While many come to her for choreography, she is equally known for the clarity, constructive feedback, and personal investment she brings to every session. Her approach is direct and thoughtful, focused on helping dancers uncover what may be blocking their growth while strengthening both their craft and confidence. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, she works closely with dancers and creatives to refine solos, navigate next steps in their careers, and develop the self-awareness needed to move forward with intention.

Jenna is a dancer, choreographer, and creative artist from North Bay, Ontario. She spent 14 years competing before launching her commercial career, touring as an Elite Protégé with The Pulse Dance Convention, training in Los Angeles with Rhapsody James, and performing three seasons with the Toronto Raptors’ North Side Dance Crew. She has appeared in music videos for Drake (Nokia) and Shawn Desman (Body), and this fall joins Desman’s national Back to Life Tour. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, she guides dancers in audition prep, stage presence, and creative direction.

James Marino is a financial educator, licensed tax preparer, and working professional dancer who helps artists build structure around their money. With a background in accounting and a career spent touring, he understands firsthand the complexity of mixed income, inconsistent pay cycles, and freelance tax obligations. He works with dancers and creatives to build personalized systems for budgeting, savings, and tax estimates so their income supports their long term stability. His approach starts with each client’s immediate concerns, then expands to close the gaps they may not yet see. Kevin is the powerhouse behind 1:1 Dance Consult™. With 15+ years in entertainment, he's danced for icons like Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and J Balvin—and directed high-impact projects across stage and screen. As founder, Kevin brings unmatched industry insight and sharp creative strategy to every session. He helps dancers, choreographers, and creatives break through plateaus, pivot with purpose, and elevate their careers. With his guidance, clients don't just dream bigger—they move smarter.

MaryAnn Chavez is a career strategist and mentor for dancers, choreographers, and creative professionals navigating the commercial industry. Over the past five years, she has worked one on one with more than 50 dancers who have secured representation with top agencies, guiding them through industry preparation, professional materials, and strategic positioning. As a professional dancer, choreographer, educator, and assistant high school dance coach, she brings perspective from both sides of the industry and offers grounded, practical insight. Her work focuses on helping artists move from feeling overwhelmed or uncertain to building clear, personalized roadmaps rooted in who they are and where they want to go. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, she helps dancers and creatives clarify their next steps, prepare for representation, and build sustainable careers through intentional strategy and informed decision making.

Maryann is a dance educator and industry mentor with more than 25 years of experience training dancers across the United States. She specializes in jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, tumbling, and acrobatics, helping performers translate strong studio foundations into real opportunities.

As the founder of Innovative Fusion, she brings professional workshops directly to dancers nationwide while drawing on credits with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Capones, the film From Justin to Kelly, and performances alongside Styx and Sting.

A longtime judge and convention educator for ADA, NTG, VIP, Heat, Motiv8, and Bravo, she has helped choreograph and mentor dancers at the national competition level for over two decades. She also mentors dancers interested in convention assistant training, helping them understand how the assistant system works, what conventions look for, and how to position themselves professionally for assistant opportunities.

Megan is a professional dancer and Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) who helps artists fuel their bodies for performance and longevity. With firsthand experience in the studio and on stage, she understands the demands dancers face—and how nutrition impacts energy, recovery, and injury prevention. At 1:1 Dance Consult™, she blends evidence-based nutrition with practical strategies to support health, build confidence in the kitchen, and help dancers feel energized in and out of rehearsal.

Sloan is a renowned dancer and fitness professional known for blending artistry, strength, and longevity. Originally from Phoenix, she earned her first national title at 17 before moving to Los Angeles, where she began performing with Lady Gaga, appearing in four world tours and the Enigma Las Vegas residency. Her credits span Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Rosalia, Kelly Clarkson, and Gwen Stefani. Tiana Gandelman is a Creative Director, Producer, and former professional dancer with a 25 year career spanning both onstage performance and large scale production. She spent a decade dancing for artists including Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears before transitioning into a 15 year career producing and creatively directing more than 2,500 primetime television performances. Her work bridges artistry and execution, with a clear understanding of what the industry actually demands from performers and creative teams. Known for her warm, direct, and transparent approach, she helps artists develop career clarity, strengthen communication, and step confidently into leadership roles without gatekeeping the realities of the business. Vince Trupsin is a professional photographer whose work focuses on helping artists and professionals present themselves with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Since launching his career in 2001, he has photographed more than 10,000 clients and built a reputation for images that are both polished and genuine. A graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography, his work has appeared in GQ, Forbes, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Flaunt, and Marie Claire.

A professionally trained dancer, Vince understands the demands of auditions and how to capture personality alongside professionalism. His headshot and branding sessions are designed to keep clients comfortable, confident, and ready for the next opportunity. Whitney Bezzant is a choreographer, creative producer, and director with over 15 years of experience working professionally as a dancer in the commercial industry. She has built her career across artist projects, video work, and live productions while simultaneously teaching and mentoring youth nationwide, giving her a clear view of both what the industry demands and what young dancers are being trained to do.

Her experience on both sides of the room allows her to guide dancers with practical insight into auditions, networking, and long term career strategy.
